Our Story
PACK IT UP started in the heart of a woman who saw a need. Launched in the Spring of 2013, PACK IT UP exists as a community endeavor to ensure that all children in Coopersville Area Public Schools have access to a nutritious and filling meal to take home at the end of the school day. For the last 12 years, over 245,000 meals with between 700 and 1,000 nutrition forward calories each have gone home with K-12 students at CAPS. Meals are delivered to school buildings Mondays through Thursdays when school is in session.
